Returns & Exchanges

MSGM Official allows you to return or exchange any product purchased on our online store within 14 days of the delivery date. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account or visit the 'Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in the original shipping box and attach the pre-printed return label provided with your order over the previous delivery information.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Schedule a collection with our preferred courier or drop off your package at an authorized service point as indicated in your return instructions.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once your return is received and quality-checked by our team, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
